Qualification: BE Mechanical / Electronics / Electromechanical Experience : 3 Years plus We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Purchase Executive for an engineering manufacturing setup. ???? Key Responsibilities: Assist in purchasing hydraulic, electrical, fabrication, and machine-related materials as per production requirements. Online research and compare suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with design, production, stores and sales teams to understand technical material requirements and drawings. Develop new vendors for machining, fabrication, casting, electrical, and industrial components. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays. Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards and specifications. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly procurement planning and status reports. Negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and service providers. Maintain proper purchase records, PO tracking, quotations, and vendor documentation. Coordinate supplier payments and maintain robust vendor relationships for smooth operations. ✅ Candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. ✅ Experience in engineering/manufacturing industry will ONLY be preferred.
