Jewellery Merchandiser A Jewellery Merchandiser is responsible for managing jewellery orders from development to delivery, coordinating with clients, designers, and production teams, and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. The role involves product planning, customer communication, order follow-ups, market trend analysis, and supporting business growth in domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities ✔ Manage jewellery orders and client requirements ✔ Coordinate with CAD designers, production, and QC teams ✔ Prepare quotations and product presentations ✔ Monitor production timelines and deliveries ✔ Follow up with customers and suppliers ✔ Research jewellery trends and market demand ✔ Ensure smooth execution of orders from inquiry to shipment Requirements ✔ Experience in Jewellery Merchandising preferred ✔ Knowledge of Diamonds and Jewellery industry ✔ Strong communication and coordination skills ✔ Good English proficiency ✔ Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines Location: Surat, Gujarat (On-site / Freelance / Remote Available) Job Type: Full time / Freelance Join us and be part of a growing international diamond and jewellery business.
