Role Description This is a full time, on-site Brand Strategist role based at Dolphy’s corporate headquarters in Surat. The Brand Strategist will develop and refine the overall brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels, markets, and product lines. Responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, identifying target audiences, and translating insights into clear brand narratives and messaging frameworks. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to plan campaigns, create brand guidelines, and oversee brand implementation across digital and offline touchpoints. The Brand Strategist will monitor brand performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements to strengthen brand equity and support business growth. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in brand strategy and brand development, with experience shaping brand positioning and value propositions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in branding and brand management to ensure consistent application of visual and verbal identity across all channels.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft clear messages and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform brand decisions is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in B2B brand roles, ideally in manufacturing, hospitality, or related industries, is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
