The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees. Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed) Lead and oversee day-to-day project & shut downs execution across oil & gas sites, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and technical specifications. Manpower Planning & Resource Allocation: Strong capability to Identify and deploy suitable engineers as per project or contract requirements. Client & Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, and stakeholders; manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Vendor Management & Negotiation : Negotiate effectively with vendors including logistics, transportation, and support service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality. Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of 60–80 personnel, ensuring productivity, discipline, and engagement. Staff Management :Supervise hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees. Strategic Planning : Develop project execution plans, timelines, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks. Performance Monitoring : Monitor project progress against KPIs such as cost, schedule, safety, and quality; prepare and present status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Process Optimization : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Budget Management : Plan, forecast, monitor, and control operational budgets to ensure cost-effective project execution. Audit & Compliance :Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Leadership Competencies : Demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to handle complex operational challenges. Mobility & Flexibility : Remain adaptable and willing to relocate to project sites as per business requirements & shall be remain at project site for extended period of time as per project/shut down jobs. Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge Sound knowledge of Standards & Codes for Pipings/structures/equipment/tank construction related work. Monitoring site activities Managing timelines and resolving site issues promptly. Third party inspection back ground is mandatory. Sound knowledge of documentation.
