About the Role

We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, elegant, and impactful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to create functional, beautiful designs that improve usability and engagement. You’ll own the design process end-to-end and help evolve our visual identity across client projects and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities Lead user experience and interface design for internal tools and client-facing applications. Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to ground decisions in user behavior. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma. Translate product and business requirements into intuitive user flows and visual designs. Work closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and responsively. Maintain and evolve our design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability. Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and pixel-perfect attention to detail. Apply Design Thinking methodologies to propose, test, and validate innovative UX solutions.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or platform-based applications. Robust command of Figma, with experience in building component libraries and design systems. Proficiency in visual design tools and familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools. Experience conducting user research and transforming insights into product improvements. Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript). Robust communication skills and a passion for user-centered design.

Nice to Have Experience working with global teams in agile development environments. Understanding of conversational UI or AI-driven interfaces. Exposure to developer handoff tools like Zeplin or integrations with Jira/Asana. Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mzqn0
