Performance Marketer (Surat)

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Planning&Execution Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and display networks. 2. Budget Management Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Monitor daily spend vs. performance to avoid over/underspending.3. Performance Analysis&Reporting Track key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Generate regular performance reports. 4. Audience Targeting&Segmentation Identify and create audience segments to reach the right customers and improve campaign efficiency. 5. A/B Testing&Optimization Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, CTAs, and copy to improve campaign performance. 6. Collaboration with Creative&Product Teams Work closely with designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives. 7. Channel Expertise Hands-on execution and optimization experience in platforms like:• Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display) • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) • Affiliate / Influencer platformsSkills Required:• Strong analytical skills (data-driven decision making) • Digital advertising platform expertise • Understanding of customer behavior in retail • Creative testing and messaging strategy • Budgeting and forecasting Experience Required: 2–3 YearsSalary Range:₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Location: Rajhans Skylar, Near Y-Junction, Udhna Magdala Rd, Rundh, Surat (On-Site) Apply: +91 81281 33318
