The Marketing&Sales Person will identify and approach prospective customers, present product offerings, and follow up to convert leads into sales. The role includes maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily activities involve coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and gathering market feedback to refine sales strategies. The position also requires preparing basic sales reports, updating customer records, collaborating with internal teams, and occasionally participating in training sessions or product demonstrations.Qualifications - Strong Communication skills for clear presentations, negotiations, and professional correspondence. - Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. - Sales and Sales&Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities. - Training capability to learn product details quickly and, when needed, guide customers or team members on product features. - Basic understanding of marketing concepts, local market dynamics, and competitor landscape.- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Navsari, manage time effectively, and meet targets with minimal supervision. - Proficiency with common digital tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage. - Preferred: Prior experience in sales or marketing; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial, but relevant experience is also valued.
