The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients, discussing financial goals, recommending suitable insurance policies, and assisting clients with the selection and purchase of appropriate plans. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Qualifications Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage Strong understanding of Finance and financial planning concepts Insurance knowledge and familiarity with various insurance products and policies Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship buildingEffective communication and interpersonal abilities Self-motivated and goal-oriented Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting Hindi and Gujarati language proficiency is an advantage Prior experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus
