We're hiring a full-time Motion Designer to produce short-form videos (Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) using repeatable animation systems, not bespoke storytelling. Responsibilities Short (10-30s) 2D animated videos. Flat character animations (Captain Workout-style). Reusable rigs, templates, and animation systems.High-volume, consistent output (roughly 1 video/day).
