Sales Coordinator Job Summary A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, coordinating communication with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role acts as a link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events
- Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and filing
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers
- Support in resolving customer complaints or issues Pay: ₹15,000.00
