- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
- Manage and lead production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Coordinate with other departments like procurement, maintenance, and logistics
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material requirements
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve production issues promptly Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
- Typing speed of 30–40 words per minute
- Able to understand Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
- Prior experience in data entry or office work preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and responsible in work Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience and skills) Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Additional Preferences:
- Basic understanding of the textile and bridal saree industry
