Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. As a fresher, you will be trained and guided to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online portals, and social media platforms Generate leads for IT services including web development, app development, and digital marketing Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce company services Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Maintain and update CRM records / lead tracking sheets regularly Assist senior BDMs in client meetings, presentations, and deal closures Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets Required Skills &
