Embroidery Merchandiser Cum Production Manager Bhestan

· Manage the overall design process from conception, final styling, and production.

· Collaborating with the design team to develop ideas for recent products.

· Designing sketches for current products with a design team.

· Creating clothing patterns for mass production.

· adapt existing designs for mass production.

· Good knowledge of Embroidery, Colour Matching, Stitching

.Understand buyer requirements, review tech-packs, and translate designs into actionable production instructions.

.Source embroidery threads, fabrics, sequins, beads, and trims, negotiating prices and managing vendor relationships.

.Prepare initial cost estimates and oversee the development of embroidery swatches and proto-samples before bulk production starts.

Experience:
