Designation: Assistant Manager – Current Product Development (NPD)Company: Cambay Technopack Pvt. Ltd.Industry: Packaging ManufacturingLocation: Vesu, Surat (Office Location)

Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and manage recent product development projects from concept to execution Coordinate with production, quality, design, purchase, and sales teams for smooth product development Conduct market and customer requirement analysis for new packaging products Prepare product specifications, BOMs, development reports, and trial documentation Handle sample development, product trials, and testing activities Monitor product feasibility, costing, and production compatibility Coordinate with clients for product modifications, approvals, and technical discussions Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards Maintain records related to product development activities and timelines Support management in successful launch and implementation of recent products

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Packaging, Polymer, Printing, or related field Experience: 3 to 5 years in Recent Product Development or manufacturing industry Packaging or printing industry experience will be preferred

Skills Required: Good knowledge of product development processes Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Good analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging processes Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting

Preferred Skills: Experience in the food packaging or manufacturing industry Knowledge of packaging materials and product testing Exposure to CAD tools such as ArtiosCAD, EngView Package & Display Designer, and AutoCAD Experience with sample making/prototyping machines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely completion of product development projects Successful execution of product trials and launches Customer satisfaction and approval rate Reduction in product development delays Proper documentation and reporting accuracy

Working Conditions: Office-based role with coordination visits to factory when required Collaborative working environment Occasional client or production coordination meetings may be required

Pay: ₹35,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
