Location: Adajan, Surat
Experience: 1–4 Years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can generate leads through offline channels and convert them into clients. The role focuses on understanding client needs and offering consulting-based solutions for E-commerce business growth. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of managing end-to-end client interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities Generate leads through offline channels such as cold calling, references, and local market research Identify potential clients and understand their business needs Provide consulting-based solutions for E-commerce growth and onboarding Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly Achieve sales and conversion targets Track market trends and competitor activities Provide regular reports on performance, leads, and client feedback
Required Skills Robust understanding of industry trends, clients, and E-commerce ecosystem Knowledge of sales strategies and consulting-based selling approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Robust networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of lead generation and client handling Ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders Result-driven mindset with problem-solving approach
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
