We are now looking for a Head of Sales & Gig Operations — a true field builder who has scaled gig workforces at companies like Blinkit, Zomato, Urban Company, Porter, or Uber. This is a leadership role where you will own the entire last-mile execution engine that turns leads into installations.

What You Will Own

Build, scale, and lead a high-performing network of gig solar sales executives across Uttar Pradesh and beyond.

Design smart incentive structures, training programs, and performance systems that drive conversion and quality.

Ensure every lead is converted with excellence on the ground.

Work directly with the founders to shape the revenue engine of the company.
