Experience:- 5 to 10 years

Education:- Graduate Textile Engineering

Production Planning and Coordination Develop and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts and demand. Coordinate the flow of materials, labor, and machinery to meet production targets. Ensure that production plans are aligned with inventory and customer requirements. Ensure effective use of resources to maintain a smooth production process. Supervision of Production Staff Supervise and manage production teams, including operators, technicians, and other workers. Provide training and guidance to staff to ensure safe and effective use of machinery and tools. Allocate tasks and monitor team performance to achieve production goals. Quality Control Monitor the quality of products at various stages of the production process. Implement quality control measures to ensure the end product meets company and industry standards. Address any quality issues or defects and implement corrective actions.
