About House of UnblurWe're a performance marketing agency working with D2C e-commerce brands across India. We're growing from 25 to 60 clients over the next 12 months, and we need a Sales Manager to own that pipeline. You'd be our first dedicated sales hire, reporting directly to the founder, building this function from the ground up with full support and a explicit playbook.What You'll Do- Own every step from cold lead to signed contract: outbound prospecting, discovery calls, mini-audits, proposal walkthrough, close- Run 12–15 qualified discovery calls per week, ramping to a steady-state of 3 closes/month by Month 4- Use our Client Qualification Scorecard on every discovery call to filter wrong-fit prospects out before they become churn problems for the delivery team- Maintain our CRM Zoho as the single source of truth for pipeline. Weekly pipeline reviews with the COO.- Build outbound list: 200 ICP-fit D2C brands per month through Tracxn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tofu lists- Handle inbound leads from our website, content, and referral sources- Hand off signed clients cleanly to the Account Management team (warm handoff, written brief, kickoff call attended)What We're Looking For- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services (agency, consulting, or B2B software for marketers)- You've personally closed deals in the ₹3L–₹15L annual contract range- You've sold to founders before and you understand what motivates them- You're comfortable saying\ "this isn't a fit\" to a prospect when it isn't- You're disciplined about CRM hygiene without being told- You're genuinely curious about marketing, brands, and how D2C businesses workWhat This Role Is NOT- This is not an SDR / lead-gen-only role. You own the full cycle through close.- This is not a generic AE role at a SaaS company. We sell creative + media services, not licenses.- This is not a role where you can hide behind quota or systems.
