Chartered Accountant (Surat)

Location: Mandvi Kutch Gujarat

We are looking for a reliable and experienced CA or Accountant who can take care of all our accounting work including full bookkeeping, day-to-day transaction entries, GST filing and returns, income tax matters, bank and party reconciliations, preparing accurate monthly quarterly and yearly financial reports using Tally as well as handling audits compliance statutory requirements and overall financial management, plus manage the entire export and shipping documentation process like preparing precise commercial invoices, detailed packing lists, Bill of Lading, certificates of origin, shipping bills, and all other required papers while coordinating smoothly and efficiently with freight forwarders, banks, customs authorities and other stakeholders to make sure every shipment goes through without any delays issues or complications at all.

Additionally you should be really detail-oriented, super strong with Tally and Excel, and preferably have some background in export documentation, and most importantly you should be keen to learn new things like switching over to Zoho Books or understanding international trade laws regulations and global compliance standards so that we can keep improving our processes and stay ahead together as the business grows.
