Senior Manager - Production (API) (Surat)

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning and scheduling on a day‑to‑day basis

- Ensuring resources available (BMR, raw material, manpower, etc.) and liaising with QC/QA/STORE/Engineering Department for troubleshooting.

- Implementation and monitoring of GMP standard.

- Introduction and scale‑up of technology transfer (Current Product 1ct) and constant monitoring and improvement of product process, efficiency, and services.

- Documentation work: monthly report, data preparation (process trend analysis) and root‑cause analysis.

- Ensuring availability of consumable items and planning of raw material requirements as per campaign basis.

- Ensuring documents related to process cleaning/housekeeping and controlling fresh as well as recovered solvents/spent solvent.

- Ensuring solid and process waste transfer to the respective area and record keeping.

- Reviewing the preparation/revision of BMR and SOP.

- Operating electronic systems such as ONE HR portal, Metis Track-Wise, Minitab, Outlook, etc.

- Ensuring preventive maintenance of plant equipment within time frame and training subordinates.

- Extended facility of reactor area for production planning and scheduling on a day‑to‑day basis.
