E-Commerce Order Processing Executive (Surat)

We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Order Processing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and processing daily orders received from various online marketplaces. Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, AJIO, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Generate and print shipping labels and packing slips.
- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate order records.
- Update order status and tracking details in company systems.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and packing team for timely dispatch.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure they are processed within deadlines.
- Maintain reports and spreadsheets related to orders and returns.
- Follow company SOPs and operational processes. Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data entry work.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior e-commerce experience is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers Welcome Freshers can apply. Training will be provided to the selected candidates. Pay: ₹11,000.00
