- Finance Manager / Head of Finance Role Overview:The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance will oversee critical financial operations including MIS reporting, statutory compliance, internal audits, and month-end financial closure. The role requires strong experience in manufacturing finance, hands-on expertise in ERP, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance across accounting functions. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial reporting while supporting budgeting, reconciliations, and audit requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare MIS reports, fund flow statements, and cash flow statements.Handle inventory audit and internal audit activities.Manage ERP month-end closure and ensure timely finalization of trial balance.Process foreign A2 payments, 15CA/CB compliance, and statutory filings.Post service invoices and file quarterly TDS returns (26Q & 24Q).Ensure timely statutory payments and financial compliance.Review and scrutinize trial balance, budget submissions, and capital budget proposals.Manage and reconcile GR/IR accounts, ensuring weekly clearing of open entries.Review debtor and creditor ageing reports and highlight critical issues to management. Key Requirements7–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within the manufacturing sector.Solid knowledge of financial accounting, compliance, and audit processes.Experience with ERP systems, MIS, and financial reconciliations.Strong understanding of TDS returns, statutory payments, and banking compliance.Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and documentation skills.
