Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Production

Edit raw video footage into engaging and qualified-quality videos.

Create promotional videos, reels, testimonials, event highlights, interviews, advertisements, and social media content.

Add transitions, effects, subtitles, animations, music, and graphics to enhance video quality.

Ensure proper color correction, audio balancing, and final rendering.

Content Creation

Collaborate with the marketing and creative team for concept development and storytelling.

Assist in scripting, shot planning, and video sequencing.

Create short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.

Shooting & Coordination

Support video shoots during university events, seminars, workshops, admissions campaigns, and promotional activities.

Coordinate with photographers, designers, and content writers for integrated campaigns.

Manage video assets, raw footage, and editing archives.

Branding & Digital Media

Ensure all videos align with institutional branding and communication guidelines.

Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects where required.

Optimize videos for different digital platforms and screen formats.

Technical Responsibilities

Handle video exporting, formatting, compression, and publishing requirements.

Maintain editing equipment, storage systems, and project files.

Stay updated with current editing trends, AI tools, and social media formats.

Required Qualifications

~ Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Animation, Film Editing, or related field.

~1–5 years of experience in video editing and digital content creation.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.

Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and visual storytelling.

Basic understanding of videography, lighting, and sound editing.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
