Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of rotary equipment's such as I.D and F.D fan, blower, pump, single & double diaphragm dosing (metering) pump, agitator, single and double mechanical seal and gear-box. Maintenance of static equipment's like tank, reactor, process vessel, Autoclave condenser and HE valves and fittings. Daily update of utility machinery running time readings. Utility equipment like chiller, cooling tower, air compressor, RO plant, Boiler and HVAC operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance. ETP plant LTE operation and maintenance. Corrective maintenance of plant machinery like centrifugal pumps, motors, lobe pumps and centrifuge. To prepare preventive and breakdown maintenance schedule & responsible for execution. To ensure proper documentation of log book, utility & machinery work orders maintenance schedule. To prepare materials indent of maintenance department and maintain necessary spares stock. To prepare & ensure proper implementation of SOP. Responsible for plant & utility mechanical maintenance. Provide cost reduction solution to the maintenance department. Provide training to technician about operation and maintenance of pant & utility machinery as per SOP. Project work execution. Third party equipment maintenance, and servicing activities follow up. should carry out following production and utility equipment maintenance -- equipment of granulation, compression, coating, packing, printing, capsule, and liquid filling. bioprocess equipment like fermenter agitators, disc stack centrifuge, atomiser, freeze dryer, ID and FD blower, Centrifugal and lobe pumps.
