Role & responsibilities To ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) Management System requirements/procedure / practices at site, as per Site HSE Plan / HSE Management system. Checking of work permits, identifying the hazards, PPE, compliance at work site and. Noncompliance to be informed to the concerned personnel. To ensure that applicable Protected Operating Procedure (SOPs) in respective areas are being followed service provider. To assess risks associated with operations, tools and equipment, jobsites, and work environments. To report near miss incidents, data analysis and submission of monthly report to Head HSE. To conduct / co-ordinate induction training (for HSE) at site for recent entrants. To conduct toolbox talks and Safety Audits of Contractors. To carry out Job safety analysis for the critical jobs as per work permits system. To operate firefighting equipment and take preventive measures like evacuation of people in case of fire. To administer First-aid or CPR to victim (injured person) expeditiously if required. To submit Daily and Monthly Progress Report to Head HSE of the concerned Asset/Basin/Plant/Services. In case of discontinuance of work at installation due to various reasons e.g., Force majeure, strike, flood etc., all personnel involved in the Safety Services shall report at respective department located at Asset/Plant/Services Office and render his services specific to HSE Section.
