Head - Fire & Safety (Gujarat)

Role & responsibilities
- Ensure zero incidents / accidents and maintain safe work workplace.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, SOPs, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
- Conduct site inspections, safety audits, meetings, and follow-up corrective actions.
- Perform risk assessments / JSA for critical jobs and recommend control measures.
- Ensure IMS and legal compliance related to Fire, Safety, and Environment.
- Conduct safety training, refreshers, accident investigation, and awareness programs.
- Plan and execute onsite/offsite emergency mock drills.
- Coordinate firefighting activities with mutual aid members and authorities.
- Ensure upkeep, preventive maintenance, and reliability of fire & safety equipment.
