- Thol. Position :- Civil Engineer Company :- Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution: o Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, under the guidance of Project In charge. o Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met. o Review designs, plans, and construction drawings for alignment with project objectives. 2. Quality Control and Compliance: o Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards, with guidance from Project In charge. o Monitor the quality of work in office, assisting in the enforcement of quality assurance standards. o Participate in regular site visits to inspect progress and ensure safety protocols are being followed. 3. Budget and Cost Management: o Support the monitoring of project budgets and assist in cost control throughout the construction process. o Track project expenses and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints. o Identify potential financial risks and work with Site in-charge to mitigate them. 4. Risk Management and Problem Solving: o Assist in identifying potential project risks and propose solutions to minimize disruptions. o Address issues that arise during the construction phase, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are maintained. o Work with project leads to implement corrective actions as needed. 5.
