The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microservice Architecture , Spring Framework, Angular/React , and PostgreSQL, with strong hands-on expertise in resolving production issues, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance . This role demands both technical excellence and leadership someone who can code, solve complex problems, and drive the team toward high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop, and maintain Microservice Applications using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL , and Angular/React .
- Lead and mentor developers with technical guidance, effective issue resolution, and workload management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues , ensuring minimal downtime and effective root cause analysis.
- Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and deliver within budget and schedule. Required Skills Qualifications:
- Strong experience in the Angular framework:
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot with RESTful API development and consumption
- Experience with database design and SQL:
- Ability to debug, optimize, and maintain code:
- Proven experience in production troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent team handling, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Good to Have:
- Experience with Microservices Architecture , Docker , Kubernetes , or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) .
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools.
