Senior Design Engineer-Hydraulics System (Gujarat)

Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain OEM client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-quality hydraulic systems.
- Provide technical support and conduct testing, validation, and calibration of hydraulic systems.
- Solid expertise in hydraulic system design, calculations, schematics, layouts, and component selection.
- Knowledge of hydraulic oil cleanliness, filtration, lubrication, cooling systems, and global hydraulic standards.
- Experience in lubrication and grease systems, piping standards, and high-pressure hydraulic applications.
- Prepare and review engineering documents, BOMs, drawings, and fabrication details.
- Experience in hydraulic system evaluation, 3D modeling, and design tools like Inventor/SolidWorks.
- Mentor junior engineers while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Preferred candidate profile "
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, with 7+ years preferred.
- Hands-on experience in hydraulic system design is mandatory.
- Experience in sizing and selecting hydraulic components, pumps, and motors is essential.
- Knowledge of closed-loop hydraulic systems, servo mechanisms, and system testing/calibration preferred.
- Experience in cylinder, manifold block, and lubrication system development is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of piping standards, selection, and pressure drop calculations is required.
- Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, sensors/transmitters, and mobile hydraulics is a plus.
