Job Description Position: Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive Product Management Team (Neuroscience Therapy) Location: Ahmedabad Department: PMT Neuroscience
Purpose of the Role To support and drive marketing initiatives for CNS products by executing brand strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating closely with sales teams, KOLs, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective product positioning and growth.
Key Responsibilities 1. Therapies Promotion & Marketing
- Develop and implement communication strategies for assigned brands
- Define STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning) for products
- Build and communicate robust USPs for product differentiation
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement 2. Identifying New Opportunities
- Conduct market research through primary and secondary sources
- Engage with consultants, customers, and field teams for insights
- Identify gaps and opportunities for new product launches
- Track industry trends and competitor activities 3. Field Work & Execution
- Oversee execution of marketing strategies in the field
- Understand competition and evolving clinical trends
- Interact with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for scientific discussions
- Capture customer insights and preferences
- Participate in conferences for knowledge enhancement. 4. Monitoring Marketing Information System (MIS)
- Analyze market size, growth trends, and therapy performance
- Track doctor calls, KOL engagement, and promotional tool usage
- Generate insights-based reports for decision-making 5. Product Query Handling
- Address product-related queries from field force and customers
- Coordinate with consultants/Medical Team for scientific/Regulatory clarifications. Ensure timely and accurate responses
- Artwork Closure for Products 6. Corporate Branding through Conferences
- Plan and execute branding activities in medical conferences
- Ensure effective visibility and engagement for CNS portfolio Candidate Profile
- Passionate, self-driven, and a robust team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business needs
- Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving ability
- Strong understanding of current pharma industry trends
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers Experience
- Preferred: 13 years of experience in Pharma Product Management
- Preferred Segment: Neuro / CNS
- Freshers with robust academic background may also apply Qualification
