Associate Manager - OT Security (Gujarat)

Purpose/Objective Manage operational security activities across OT landscapes and ensure compliance with cybersecurity guidelines. Key Responsibilities of Role
- Implement OT security architecture, policies, and technical safeguards.
- Supervise OT security monitoring, incident response, and log analysis.
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
- Coordinate security awareness sessions for plant personnel. Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting Technical Competencies ICS environments experience (SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU),Awareness of standard IEC 62443, NIST understanding,IT/OT segmentation, DMZ, remote access, Purdue model,patching (AV-antivirus), AD(Active directory), backup solutions Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and industrial protocols. Preferred Experience
- 6–10 years in OT security or industrial cybersecurity roles.
- Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems. Skills & Competencies
- Valuable understanding of network and OT architecture.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
