Role & Responsibilities
- Vertical Structural Leadership: Command the end-to-end execution of high-rise towers, optimizing floor-cycle timelines through advanced formwork management (Mivan/Aluminium) and vertical logistical planning.
- Elite Finishing Oversight: Direct the execution of "Ultra-Luxury" interiors, ensuring millimetre-precision in Italian marble claddings, high-end fenestrations, and seamless MEP-to-ceiling integration.
- The "Zero-Defect" Mandate: Lead the final snagging and de-snagging process. You will be responsible for delivering a "Hotel-Standard" finish that meets the expectations of high-net-worth clients.
- Strategic Scheduling: Own the projects Critical Path. Develop and monitor micro-schedules to ensure structural milestones and finishing phases overlap efficiently without quality compromises.
- High-Value Vendor Management: Vet, onboard, and manage specialized finishing contractors. Conduct rigorous technical audits of workmanship and material wastage.
- Budgetary Stewardship: Manage BOQs and work orders with a focus on value engineering. Track site consumption against estimates to protect project margins.
- EHS & Quality Governance: Enforce world-class safety standards for vertical construction and implement multi-tier Quality Assurance (QA) protocols for all site activities. Preferred Candidate Profile
- The 8-Year Mark: A seasoned Civil Engineer with ~8 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years leading high-rise residential or premium commercial towers.
- Tower Specialist: Deep expertise in high-rise structural dynamics, vertical transportation (hoists/cranes), and facade engineering.
- Finishing Connoisseur: You possess a "design-first" mindset. You understand the nuances of high-end materials—from shade-matching stones to the technicalities of acoustic and thermal insulation.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Excel is non-negotiable. Familiarity with BIM or ERP software is an advantage.
