About Us We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in briefly describe your products or market As we scale our operations we are looking for a detail-oriented analytical and proactive Accountant to join our team and take ownership of the company s financial health Position Overview The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions financial reporting reconciliations inventory accounting tax compliance and supporting strategic financial planning This role is critical to ensuring financial accuracy and helping guide data-driven business decisions Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Handle accounts payable receivable bank reconciliations and general ledger entries Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold COGS analysis Monitor cash flow budgeting and forecasting Prepare and file tax returns GST VAT TDS etc and liaise with tax consultants auditors Coordinate with internal teams sales operations marketing to ensure financial alignment Analyze financial data to support pricing profit margins and business decisions Utilize accounting software e g QuickBooks Zoho Books Tally etc and e-commerce platforms e g Shopify Amazon WooCommerce for integrated reporting Ensure compliance with all relevant local state and federal regulations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field CPA or CA qualification is a plus 2 years of accounting experience preferably in e-commerce retail or consumer goods Strong knowledge of accounting principles taxation and financial regulations Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel experience with ERP or e-commerce platforms is a plus Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize work and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us Be part of a rapidly growing and dynamic e-commerce business Opportunity to take ownership and make a direct impact Versatile working environment and collaborative culture Competitive compensation and growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay From 200 000 00 per year Work Location In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.in/job/4mcfcv
