Associate Manager CSR & Vision Care Programs (Gujarat)

About the Position The role involves end-to-end coordination and implementation of vision care programs including eye screening camps, school vision initiatives, community outreach, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and field operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing healthcare or vision care programs and should be comfortable handling field implementation, partnerships, reporting, and team coordination. Responsibilities 1. Program Management & Implementation
- Support end-to-end implementation of CSR-funded vision care and eye health programs.
- Coordinate school screening camps, community outreach programs, and workplace eye care initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of activities, field operations, and project deliverables.
- Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and implementation support.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination
- Coordinate with hospitals, optical partners, NGOs, schools, corporates, and government stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and local authorities.
- Liaise with District Health Departments, schools, and community leaders for smooth execution.
- Represent BharatCares in stakeholder meetings and project discussions.
- Team Coordination & Capacity Building
- Coordinate with optometrists, field coordinators, and outreach teams.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking of field teams.
- Assist in developing awareness materials and community engagement activities.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring, MIS & Reporting
- Track project progress, camp data, and beneficiary records.
- Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reporting through KoboToolbox or related tools.
- Prepare monthly reports, presentations, impact stories, and donor updates.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities for program improvement.
- Community Outreach & Awareness
- Support awareness sessions related to eye health, preventive care, and vision screening.
- Drive community mobilization and beneficiary participation for camps and screenings.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns with schools, communities, and local partners. Mandatory Qualification and Experience
- Experience in healthcare outreach or vision care programs
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Positive communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to manage field operations and travel extensively
- Understanding of public health and CSR implementation models
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting
- Strong problem-solving and team coordination abilities Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in vision care, public health, hospital outreach, or CSR healthcare programs preferred.
- Candidates with experience in eye screening camps, school health programs, or healthcare NGOs will be an added advantage.
