Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: India (Work from Office) Department: Provider Enablement Reports To: Senior Team Lead Shift: US Shift Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers for various purposes
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through active communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Effectively resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
- Listen actively to customer concerns, gather relevant information, and provide accurate and timely assistance
- Professionally and courteously handle incoming customer calls and emails inquiries
- Stay updated on product/service enhancements and changes
- Accurately document all customer interactions and relevant information in the company's CRM system
- Adhere to established quality and performance standards to ensure consistent service excellence
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to address complex customer issues or escalate as needed
- Strictly follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive company data Preferred Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic MS office Knowledge (Focus on MS Excel & Word)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work workplace and handle a high volume of calls
- Excellent Communication Skills Competencies:
- Ability to quickly learn new process
- Extensive Reading Skills
- Adaptability to new Environment Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office. Experience:
