Job Title: Admission Advisor Closure Experience: 1 year to 5+ Years Location: On-site, Ahmedabad Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM Direct Apply: Position Overview We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Admission Advisor / Sales Associate who can connect with interested prospects, understand their career goals, explain our services effectively, and convert qualified leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales confidence, follow-up discipline, and the ability to handle consultation and conversion calls professionally. Key Responsibilities Candidate Consultation
- Speak with interested students and job seekers exploring career support programs
- Understand candidate background, career goals, challenges, and urgency
- Guide prospects with clarity and professionalism Sales & Conversion
- Explain ElevateMes services and program value clearly
- Conduct consultation and presentation calls
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective follow-ups Objection Handling
- Address concerns related to pricing, trust, timing, family discussions, and decision-making
- Build candidate confidence without overpromising Follow-Up Management
- Follow up through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Keep prospects engaged until a final decision is reached
- Ensure timely and consistent communication CRM Management
- Update candidate interactions and follow-up notes in CRM
- Track lead progress from inquiry to enrollment
- Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activities Team Coordination
- Work closely with team leads and internal teams
- Share feedback on candidate concerns and conversion challenges
- Support smooth admission and onboarding processes Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Prior experience in Inside Sales, Admission Counseling, EdTech Sales, Career Counseling, or B2C Sales preferred
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
- Ability to explain services confidently
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Willingness to work night shifts from Ahmedabad office Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who:
