Summary: As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions developed are efficient and effective. The developer actively participates in refining application features and adapting to evolving business needs, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the organizational environment. Problem-solving and iterative development are key aspects of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of the projects undertaken.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business goals.

Skilled Technical Skills: -

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems through APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
