Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop high-quality, engaging, and insight-driven content. The role involves creating content that communicates value clearly, supports marketing initiatives, and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy

Develop compelling content across formats:

Blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers

Website copy, landing pages, email campaigns

Sales enablement content (pitch decks, one-pagers)

Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging Audience-Focused Writing

Create content tailored to business decision-makers and operational leaders

Write around themes such as: Process optimization Operational efficiency Performance improvement Align content with buyer personas and different stages of the funnel SEO & Performance Optimization

Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO

Align content with inbound marketing strategies

Track and improve performance (traffic, engagement, conversions) Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to gather insights

Support campaigns with timely and relevant content

Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging Editing & Quality Control

Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field

2–6 years of experience in B2B content writing / copywriting

Robust writing, storytelling, and research skills

Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging content

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience in long-form and short-form B2B content

Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Skills

Experience writing for global audiences (especially US market)

Familiarity with SaaS or product-led businesses

Basic knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.

Experience creating thought leadership and LinkedIn content
