- Process: International Chat Support Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome
- Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal) is Mandatory
- Strong typing speed and chat handling skills preferred Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via chat support
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards
- Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: Depending Upon Interviews
- Night Shift Allowance: 40 per hour
- Performance-based incentives (as applicable) Shift & Work Schedule:
- Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Offs) Transport Facility:
