Role & responsibilities
- Handle complete plant maintenance operations.

- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Ensure smooth functioning of machinery and utilities.

- Minimize machine downtime through effective planning.

- Monitor machine performance and resolve technical issues.

- Coordinate with production department for smooth operations.

- Supervise maintenance team and allocate work efficiently.

- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.

- Ensure safety compliance and maintenance standards.

- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for maintenance activities. Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from automobile/manufacturing industry preferred.

- Strong experience in plant maintenance and machinery handling.

- Good knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

- Leadership and team handling experience required.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
