- Finished Formulation Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and strategic International Business Development Manager to drive growth in global markets, particularly African countries, for our Finished Formulation portfolio. The role requires robust leadership, international sales expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional coordination to achieve export targets. Job Roles and Responsibility

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets, especially African countries.
- Manage and expand the international clients network for Finished Formulation products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, and regulatory partners.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue growth in assigned international territories.
- Coordinate with regulatory, supply chain, and production teams for product registration and timely delivery.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and product presentations for international clients.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies.
- Customer Satisfaction Required Experience & Skills :
- 4-5 years of experience in International Sales / Business Development in the Pharmaceutical industry -Finished Formulation.
- Experience in handling international clients.
- Experience working with African markets is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and product registration processes.
