Collections Executive - Retail MFB - Collections (Gujarat)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Collections Executive to join our team at Tata Capital Ltd in Kathlal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in collections, preferably in the retail sector. Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements.
- Conduct field visits to meet with customers and discuss payment plans and other relevant matters.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reduce delinquencies. Job Requirements
- Solid knowledge of collections principles and practices, including debt management and recovery techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and systems, such as CRM and accounting tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
