Inventory & Data Entry Executive (Gujarat)

Role & responsibilities:
- Enter purchase bills, GST invoices, and vendor details into company software accurately
- Maintain proper records of workshop items, spare parts, tyres, and inventory stock
- Update spare parts issuance entries for tankers in the system
- Maintain tyre stock records both physically and digitally
- Verify inward and outward stock movement on a daily basis
- Coordinate with workshop, purchase, and accounts departments for proper documentation
- Ensure all inventory and bill entries are updated on time
- Maintain filing and record management of bills and stock documents
- Assist in stock checking, inventory audits, and reconciliation
- Report shortages, mismatches, or inventory issues to management
- Ensure proper GST-related data entry and invoice record maintenance
- Generate basic stock and inventory reports whenever required
- Maintain accuracy and discipline in all data entry and inventory processes Preferred candidate profile:
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and data entry
- Familiarity with GST bills, invoices, and inventory management
- Knowledge of MS Excel and billing/inventory software
- Valuable accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to handle both software entries and physical stock management
- Prior experience in workshop stores, transport industry, or inventory handling will be preferred
- Honest, responsible, and well-organized individual
- Ability to coordinate with workshop, accounts, and operations teams
- Candidate should be disciplined and capable of maintaining proper documentation and stock records
