Area Manager (Gujarat)

Role & responsibilities
- Meet defaulting borrowers and follow up for payment or settlement.
- Visit mortgaged properties to check status, value, and take photos.
- Services of different notices and take photos as proof.
- If no payment is made, apply to DM office for seizure orders for taking physical property.
- Coordinate with police and bank officials for taking physical possession of property.
- Find buyers and help banks in auction of properties.
- Raise bills to banks and follow up for payments.
- Coordinate with Head Office of AAA for documents and case updates.
- Make 6-7 field visits daily and send daily reports via WhatsApp/email. Required Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Positive communication skills in regional language
