Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 (O365) applications, including configuration, deployment, customization, and integration with other systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

- Design, implement, and maintain complex workflows using O365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook Plugins, Power Automate (formerly known as Flow), etc.
