- Ahmedabad Hyderabad Kolkata Bangalore Purpose of the Role The incumbent is responsible for handling end to end technical support project execution and customer interaction The ideal candidates must exhibit both technical expertise and excellent customer sieve skills to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability to our customers Technical Skills Required Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation electrical mechanical aspect of Solar Cell Solar PV Module Manufacturing equipment or high precision high throughput automatic assembly line Knowledge required in Project management Maintenance troubleshooting of Robotics PLC Pneumatics systems Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System MES integration will be added advantage Strong analytical abilities with know-how of management tools like FMEA 4M TQM and other similar skills Ability to proactively recognize electrical mechanical abnormalities and potential safety problems Ensure appropriate actions are taken to prevent any safety hazard Job Responsibilities Perform installation commissioning and on-site remote technical support to clients regarding Highly Automated manufacturing equipment operation performance and troubleshooting Communicate effectively with customers explaining issues and solutions in a clear and professional manner Work closely with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely service delivery Ensure that all equipment histories are updated to effectively forecast equipment utilization and efficiency Ensure that all operations are efficient and there is minimum downtime Diagnose and troubleshoot the technical problems in ensure customer support in a timely and cost-effective manner Positive knowledge of Automation PLC Robotics Pneumatic systems Hands-on experience on Stringer Layup laminator Auto -bussing Framing machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and industry trends Education Qualification Diploma BTech Mech E E Electrical or equivalent prior work experience in Solar Manufacturing industry Years of Experience
