Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to expand our footprint in the solar energy market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales for products such as solar pumps, solar panels, and solar street lights across rural and urban regions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Identify potential customers (dealers, government departments, NGOs, farmers, institutions, etc.)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Explore government schemes/subsidies related to solar products (like PM-KUSUM, MNRE programs).
- Sales & Marketing:
- Promote and sell solar products including solar water pumps, panels, and street lighting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain solid long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure timely delivery and commissioning of systems.
- Provide necessary documentation and assistance for subsidy claims and project approvals.
- Reporting & Targets:
- Maintain daily sales activity reports and pipeline status.
