- Create engaging social media posts, captions, and campaign concepts
- Design and develop short-form video content (Reels) using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Manage and maintain content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand goals
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates
- Make quick revisions and improvements based on feedback
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Canva (mandatory)
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar tools
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas
- Good understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts
