Site Process Development Manager (Gujarat)

Reports to: Site Director Baroda Department: Process Development No. of direct subordinates: 2
- 4 Direct financial responsibility: as DoA Key Accountabilities
- Plan, develop and introduce chemical processes & technologies for new (launch) and existing (optimization) products in accordance with EHS standards & regulations and apply state-of-the-art processes & technologies.
- Lead development projects from project start to plant introduction (documentation, SOP, Risk Analysis, training, troubleshooting)
- Designs product related developments and optimizations (Quality, Costs, EHS).
- Is responsible for the execution and controlling chemical process-related EHS legal and corporate guidelines.
- Leads a process development team. Key Requirements Education/Experiences: PhD in Chemistry with at least 3
- 5 years, or MSc in Chemistry with at least 5 -10-year experience or comparable education/experience, preferably in production under (pre-)GMP conditions. Know-how/skills:
- Familiar with systematic methods of risk identification and its evaluation, i.e. HAZOP
- Familiar with working in an international workplace
