Role & responsibilities Head Fire & Safety (Level- Manager / Sr. Manager) Education : BSC / BE fire & Safety / MSC with PGD Indsutrial Safety Minimum 15 years of experience, out of which 5 years as Manager- Safety, in a large size hydrocarbon industry. Job Location : Near Vadodara Job Requirements:
- To lead the team of Fire & Safety crew to ensure safe plant operation.
- Ensure enforcement of safety systems.
- Keep safety systems upgraded and updated.
- Ensure that any point of time there is no one in the plant, without safety orientation.
- Ensure that toolbox training is conducted for all the contractors.
- Ensure that safety mockdrills are conducted time to time and learning on lapses is shared.
- Compliances to all applicable regulations.
- Ensure healthy condition of emergency system all the time.
- Ensure safety awareness among all at site.
- Experience of working in a hydrocarbon industry.
- Should have thorough knowledge of HAZOP, WPS (work permit system), Emergency Preparedness, Incident Investigation, JSA (job safety analysis), MSDS/SDS, Safety Audit, Risk assessment etc.
- Should be able to take command in case of emergency.
- Should have experience of working, maintaining and auditing IMS (QMS,EMS and OHSMS). Key Skill :
- RCA (Root cause analysis) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive action)
- IIAR (Incident investigation and reporting).
- Effective communication.
- Proactive and Vigilant attitude.
- Robust safety eye. Training and development.
